Day One, Month Two

Yes that's right...Aunt Flo showed up unannounced this morning (quite suddenly while I was with a patient, too, stupid bitch!).  Back to square one.  So...why do my boobs hurt so bad the past few days when they don't usually before my period and why did I see toads?!!?!?  Hmm...mysterious.  It's not like I expected it to work on the first try...but it would've been nice.
